Quartet Catering choose Loosehead for their CRM |
Quartet Catering in Edwinstowe Nottinghamshire required
a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution. They
had already unsucessfully tried Tracker and Goldmine.
After discovering that these "off the shelf" products
were not providing what they required, they decided
to contact Loosehead for a consultation for a bespoke
system.
An initial consultation provided Quartet with the knowledge that they could have a system designed to their own requirements, at an affordable price.
They had already decided upon a name for the solution and as a result "4Tune" was born. Loosehead advised Quartet in terms of what solution would be best suited to their needs
and the decision was made to create an intranet solution,allowing multiple user access.

The look and feel of "4Tune" was based around clean lines and a Windows XP look and feel. Offering the user a fresh environment to work in whilst not being faced with
a busy or graphic intensive screen.
The completed solution offers full contact mangement, user login and security,
audit trails for data manipulation, bespoke reports,
free form reports, activity monitor and activity
scheduler based upon both actual dates and week
number.
